The Investment and International Cooperation Department promotes investment, strengthens partnerships, and facilitates coordination with development partners to support the development priorities of Southwest State.

It provides technical support for investment promotion, public-private partnerships, resource mobilization, aid and development partner coordination, and engagement with national and international stakeholders, helping mobilize resources and strategic partnerships for sustainable economic and social development.
